Sometimes the mind needs a rest, and the body needs to lead.
These one-on-one guided sessions use breath, sensation, and presence to help you drop out of overthinking and back into yourself, so you can feel settled, whole, and at home in your own skin again.

I'm a psychotherapist, meditation teacher, and the founder of Your Sacred Space.
I didn't come to this work from the outside looking in, I came to it through my own lived experience of feeling lost, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. That's what eventually led me to complete my Master's in Counselling and Psychotherapy. But more than the qualification, it's that lived experience that shapes how I show up for every woman I work with, with warmth, without judgment, and with a real, felt understanding that change is possible.
Today, I work with women who are quietly struggling, who look like they have it all together on the outside, but feel stuck, anxious, or unsure of who they are underneath it all. My approach blends person-centred therapy, ACT, and somatic, body-based practice, because real healing isn't just talked through… it's felt.
